Harding, Celia. Aggression and Destructiveness: Psychoanalytic Perspectives. Published by Routledge in May 2006; ISBN 1583918841.
A collection of essays from psychoanalytic professionals that deal with various types of aggression in relationships. While the first two sections are useful in general, the third section, Destructiveness in Disguise and as Disguise, has essays that provide insight into bullying behaviors and their effects.

The APA can only give provider contact information and cannot check on insurance coverage or give testimonials as to the quality of care from individual providers.
Bully OnLine's Bullying In The Family

Includes an explanation and discussion of the "serial bully" and provides additional resources of information on abuse, personality disorders and behaviors concerning bullying of all types.
